Services Include:

• Appointment as Adjudicator.
• Drafting of submissions for adjudication.
• Acting as party representative. Experience includes disputes involving termination for repudiatory breach, default payment notices, 'True Value' valuations, extensions of time, loss and/or expense, and the rectification of defects
