• Scrutiny of main contracts and subcontracts to identify risk for negotiation prior to execution of agreed terms.
• Negotiation and agreement of target cost final accounts, at all levels of the supply chain.
• Procurement advice, and assistance in getting contracting parties into contract on mutually acceptable terms.
